If for some reason you don't know that Revell is NOT a toy company, you do now. This is a plstic model and is meant as something to be built and displayed, not played with. It is only listed under the generic "Toys and Games" subject because that is where all models seem to be listed on amazon. THAT being said, it's a very good model, easily put together, and can be made to look just like one of the AT-ATs out of the movie with very little work. Though this is listed as a snap-together model, the wise modeller will glue the pieces on or they will, like all snap models, work themselves apart in time. The AMOUNT of time this takes to happen depends on how often you handle the object.
Overall, a pretty good kit, but, if you buy this thinking it is a toy, well........you won't do it twice, that's for sure.

This At-At Walker looks like a lot of fun. I don't have it yet, but from the stuff I read about it, it looks awesome. I am saving up for it. I now presently have $13.00. I get $3.00 in allowance every Saturday-so in about 2-3 weeks, It will probably come. I really like the At-At Walker from the movie, and this is almost an exact replica. As I said before, I don't have it yet, but I will in 2-3 weeks.

My 6 year old grandson loves star wars and requested this toy for his birthday.
It is actually not a toy to play with but one to put on a shelf and look at.
It is too tedious for a small child to put together. An adult put it together with ease and it looks great but cannot be played with, too fragile. So, I rated it a 3 because the child can help with the numbered pieces. I would have wanted to know that this was not a toy before my purchase and actually several reviews said so but I did not listen. It is easy to put together for an adult and a child can assist so as to be involved but this comes apart easily so just know that it is just something to look at.
